Privacy Policy for NilotalK App
This Privacy Policy describes how Muhammad Waheed Samir (doing business as NilotalK) accesses, collects, stores, uses, and/or shares ("processes") information related to our Buyers when they purchase and configure our compiled mobile application.
Important Note on the App Architecture (BYOD):
The NilotalK App operates on a Bring Your Own Database (BYOD) model. We provide the compiled mobile application (APK) as a client interface. As the vendor, we do not collect, intercept, host, or process any end-user data (such as chat messages, voice notes, images, passwords, or profiles). All application data flows directly between the end-users' devices and the Buyer's independently owned infrastructure (e.g., Firebase, Cloudinary).
1. Information We Collect from the Buyer
We primarily collect only the information necessary to complete the sale, verify software licenses, and provide technical support:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, and contact preferences, voluntarily provided when requesting support.
- Transaction Data (Payment Data): Data necessary to process your payment, such as payment instrument type and transaction details (handled entirely by our payment partner).
- License Verification Data: When you activate the App, we collect your License Key and your Firebase Project ID. This is strictly used to bind your purchase to a single commercial project and prevent license abuse. We do not require, request, or store any sensitive Firebase secrets or administrative credentials.
2. End-User Data (Zero Data Retention)
Because the NilotalK App connects directly to the Buyer's database:
- We have absolutely zero access to the text, media, or personal information shared by the end-users of the App.
- We do not track end-user behavior, IP addresses, or device identifiers on our servers.
3. Payment Processing and Data Sharing
We work with a secure third-party partner to process payments:
- Payment Processor: All financial transactions for the NilotalK App are processed securely by our partner, Payhip.
- Data Sharing: We share necessary transaction data (such as your name and email address) with Payhip for the purpose of payment processing, tax management, and legal compliance. We do not store your credit card information.
4. Buyer's Responsibilities and Disclaimer
Since the Buyer fully controls the backend infrastructure, the Buyer is solely responsible for:
- Properly configuring database security rules (e.g., Firebase Security Rules) to protect their end-users' data.
- Creating, publishing, and enforcing their own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for their end-users.
- Complying with all applicable local and international data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA) in the regions where their app operates.

NilotalK App Refund Policy
At NilotalK, we are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction while protecting our intellectual property. All refund processes are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Refund Period
The customer is entitled to request a full refund for the NilotalK App within fourteen (14) days from the original date of purchase.
2. Refund Conditions (Digital Product)
Due to the nature of the product as a compiled digital software application, a refund request will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Proven Technical Failure: If the customer is unable to effectively use the App due to a proven technical issue or critical bug within the product itself that our support team cannot resolve after verification.
- Mandatory Communication: The buyer must first contact us via email and clearly explain the precise reason for the request, allowing our support team the opportunity to verify the issue and attempt a resolution before a refund is approved.
3. Exclusions (Cases for Refusal)
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the request is made outside the specified 14-day period.
- If the issue is caused by an error in the buyer's Firebase configuration, database rules, or third-party storage setup, which are outside the scope of the App's internal code.
- If the customer simply changes their mind after receiving and activating the digital product.
- If the customer fails to clearly explain the issue or refuses to cooperate with the support team to resolve it.
4. Payment Processing
- Refund requests are handled and processed through the Payhip system after our approval. Funds will be returned to the original payment method.

- Email address used for purchase

- A detailed and clear explanation of the technical issue, including screenshots if applicable.
