This Privacy Policy describes how Muhammad Waheed (doing business as Nilotalk) accesses, collects, stores, uses, and/or shares ("processes") information related to our Buyers when they use our services (the website at https://nilotalk-apps.xyz).
Important Note on the Self-Hosted Product:
The Nilotalk App is a Self-Hosted Software Template sold to the buyer. As the vendor, we do not collect, store, or process any personal data (such as user messages or content) generated after the buyer installs and operates the template on their own servers. The buyer is solely responsible for collecting and processing their end-users' data.
1. Information We Collect
We primarily collect only the information necessary to complete the sale and provide technical support:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, and contact preferences, voluntarily provided when registering or requesting support.
- Transaction Data (Payment Data): Data necessary to process your payment, such as payment instrument type and transaction details.
2. Live Demo Version Data (Important)
We offer a temporary live Demo version of the service for testing purposes. When you use the Demo version, you agree to our collection of your data for the purpose of testing the service, including: Email address, password, name (if provided), and basic usage data.
This data is used solely to enable access to the Demo. All Demo data is securely erased periodically (weekly), and users should not use any real sensitive or personal information while testing the Demo version.
3. Payment Processing and Data Sharing
We work with a third-party partner to process payments, and all your payment data is handled by this partner.
- Payment Processor: All financial payments and transactions for the Nilotalk App are processed securely by our partner, **Payhip**. Payhip supports payment methods including **Credit Cards and PayPal**.
- Data Sharing: We share necessary transaction data (such as your name and email address) with Payhip for the purpose of payment processing, license management, tax management, and legal compliance.
4. Disclaimer for Hosted Application Data
Since the Nilotalk App is a self-hosted template, the buyer (customer) is solely responsible for:
- Configuring their own database and servers.
- Implementing privacy and security policies for their end-users.
- Complying with all applicable data protection laws in the region where the application is hosted.
We have no control over, nor access to, the data stored or processed on the buyer's server.

Nilotalk App Refund Policy
At Nilotalk App, we are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction. All refund processes are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Refund Period
The customer is entitled to request a full refund for the Nilotalk App product (the software template) within fourteen (14) days from the original date of purchase.
2. Refund Conditions (Sensitive Product)
Due to the nature of the product as self-hosted source code, a refund request will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Proven Technical Failure: If the customer is unable to effectively use the template due to a proven technical issue within the product itself that we cannot resolve after verification.
- Mandatory Communication: The buyer must first contact us via email and clearly explain the precise reason for the request to allow the support team the opportunity to verify the issue and attempt resolution before a refund is approved.
3. Exclusions (Cases for Refusal)
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the request is made outside the specified 14-day period.
- If the issue is caused by an error in the buyer's server setup or database configuration.
- If the customer fails to clearly explain the issue in a manner that allows us to verify it.
4. Payment Processing
- All financial payments and transactions for Nilotalk App are processed by our partner, **Payhip**.
- Refund requests are handled and processed through the Payhip system after our approval.
